Join in Downtown Silver Spring's first annual Chalk Festival. Artists can decorate the roads with colorful chalk art, create their own masterpiece, or doodle in sidewalk chalk in the Community Chalk Zone. A new mural design will be unveiled and a DJ will play music.

No registration is necessary for the freestyle area.
